All private hearing aids need to be regularly cleaned by their owner, preferable every morning before use. However some hearing aids need servicing to replace filters that are not accessible by the user. Please contact me directly and a short appontment can be arranged for you to pop-in to a clinic for my attention.
Broken hearing aids
Please post broken hearing aids to:-

They will be dealt with immediately and posted back to your home address. Devices outside the warranty period will incur a repair charge.
Batteries
Please ring for new batteries or email. They will be posted to your home address.
